Logline:
A grieving heart surgeon who loses his wife embarks on a journey of redemption, becoming a mysterious guardian angel for those in need, and ultimately finds a new purpose and hope through the kindness of strangers.
Synopsis:
Dr. Jack Miller, a heart surgeon, loses his wife Karen to a heart attack during a camping trip. Consumed by grief and guilt, he leaves his career and becomes homeless, carrying a Bible and a defibrillator that could have saved her life.
Years later, Paul Everett, a wealthy real estate mogul, is saved from a heart attack by a mysterious homeless man who leaves a Bible page behind. Paul’s nephew Joel and girlfriend Sheila spread the story, uncovering Jack’s selfless acts of helping others. When Joel is kidnapped, Jack risks his life to save him, getting severely injured.
At the hospital, Jack’s past beneficiaries thank him, and Paul convinces him to start a free clinic. The film ends with Jack finding renewed purpose and a message on homelessness, highlighting compassion and support.
